Starting a thread to put improvements for next year's iteration.

TA-held Installation Workshop on Imagine Day

Right now we just need a ton of in-person time to get everyone through the installation hurdle.

To help address this, we could hold a session on Imagine Day to kickstart installation - hard for the instructor to make this because the Stat department has events that day, but a non-Stat-department TA could do this.
