Error when uploading app to Polished Hosting

Hi @merlinoa ,

I have been trying to upload an app in Polished's hosting but I keep getting this error after several minutes. I've tried different regions and I'm not sure I can do anything else on my end to debug the issue. The message I get points to the Docker image but I can't see beyond that. Maybe you can have a look on your end?
