The option to show filters on the orders listing page is not functioning properly

Prerequisites

• I have carried out troubleshooting steps and I believe I have found a bug.
• I have searched for similar bugs in both open and closed issues and cannot find a duplicate.

Describe the bug

Even though the "Show Filters on the Orders Listing Page" option is enabled, no filters are displayed on the order page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Order Delivery Date -> General Settings -> Additional Settings.
2. Enable "Show Filters on the Orders Listing Page."
3. After doing this, visit the WooCommerce order page, but the filter does not appear.

Expected behavior

The filter should be displayed and work properly after enabling the option in our plugin.

Isolating the problem

• I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only our plugin is active.
• This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
