Describe the bug
Field note text for delivery date does not appear fine on the cart page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Delivery date on the cart page setting enabled
HPOS compatibility enabled
Add the product
Go to cart page, the field note text does not look good to me. https://www.screencast.com/t/sFYjdhvKTEBK

Expected behavior
The field note text should appear below the delivery date field.
