[BUG] Hashtags bug when switching from Mastodon to Twitter #560

Describe the bug

When switching from Mastodon to Twitter, Mastodon trending hashtags appear on Twitter (the same happens when switching from Twitter to Mastodon).

To update the hashtags it is necessary to close and open the app again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Mastodon Search tab
Switch to Twitter
Go to Twitter Search tab

Expected behavior
See Twitter hashtags instead of the Mastodon hashtags

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

Device: Samsung Galaxy A50
OS: Android 11
Variant: FDroid
Version: 1.7.0-beta01
