Let's move all Enzyme related tests in

into a separate test script and run that on a dedicated CI task (allowed to fail for PRs )

#353 marks Enzyme tests as continue-on-error. What still remains for this issue is guarding against error-on-import by having all Enzyme stuff in a separate CI task.
