T3 won't run or update anymore.

This morning I fired up T3 and all I got was the top error script...

I turned off my anti-virus which made no difference.
I downloaded the latest one, attempted to install it in a new directory and got the lower error.
I run T3 once a month to update my many followed blogs and it's always run well with just the normal problems that get fixed quickly. I know that I updated it to the latest one when I was finished last month.
Running 64 bit Windows 7 with all updates.

I just installed the X86 version and it's running fine. It even loaded all my blogs.

Not getting the error message but the 64bit version consistently hangs. Trying the 32bit version now.
Finished the check with the 32bit version. Doing the same thing. Runs to the end of the first blog and then just stops doing anything. Not sure what is up. Just started happening around the time I upgraded to 2.16.0.465. Could be a coincidence.
