Additional Context

Heavy MSPT spikes (400 MS and greater) when flying over oceans.
Chunks were pregenerated with https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/chunkpregenerator if this is relevant.
Modpack is Direwolf20 1.21.1, problems arise since latest update to version 1.4.
