Some level restrictions:

  • Bane of arthropods: 1, 12, 25, 34, 40.
  • Smite: 14, 21, 37, 44, 62.
  • Sharpness: 9, 18, 25, 45, 57.

I think the differences between bane of arthropods and smite are a bit significant. And those of sharpness should be higher than the other two.
Making restrictions of smite lower, to be lower than sharpness and more closed to bane of arthropods is a good idea.

Similar to above.

  • Protection: 8, 17, 31, 40.
  • Fire protection: 15, 24, 33, 49.
  • Blast protection: 3, 14, 26, 35.
  • Projectile protection: 13, 27, 38, 51

I think the restrictions of blast protection should be higher to be closed to fire/projectile protection.
And restrictions of protection should be higher to be higher than other protections.

If the enchantments about mace are planned, wind burst may be a problem, for it's very powerful and rare. If its recipe will be added, its level restriction should be 98 or 99 imo. The power stone should definately radiant.

The enchantments beyond caps are fine, like sharpness VI, looting IV. I tested with a datapack, it works perfectably.
But owing to current recipe patterns, I guess making such recipes will mostly use radiant and glaring power stone, it's not easy to balance them.
