Issue description

The menu is seemingly inconsistent. Like I'll move the GB/GBC app to another section, it'll show up there, if I run it and return to the menu it'll go back where it came from. Other times if I pick one emulator another emulator loads, etc.

I think the issue is the sections (and the app settings inside) aren't getting saved/loaded consistently meaning there's a coherency issue.

This is with my PowKiddy V90 and a fresh Sandisk 32GB SD card.

Steps to reproduce

1. Move app to another section
2. Launch app
3. Return to menu

It also seems the default gambatte shortcut in the "cores" section has the wrong path e.g. "/mnt/gambatte/gambatte.sh" instead of "/mnt/retroarch/gambatte.sh"

Oddly enough changing that manually on disk didn't work for me but if I went "add link" and picked the correct file it did work finally. I think this is the bug btw.
