working directory for emulators

I am not able to figure out how to set the working or executable directory for emulators.

This was available on the v3.5 that was shipped.

For example, if I want to set one emulator to open in the directory /roms/gameboy and another to open in /roms/gameboycolor

Have you tried to press select button on the emulator? it will shows the emulator settings, there you can change the rom directory for that emulator.
