V90 console stuck on loading screen

I followed the installation guide precisely, and the V90 worked well with no issues. However, I tried to add new ROMs and ever since the system is stuck on the loading screen. I even reformatted the disk and completely reinstalled (again, very precisely) on the same SD card and I still have the same problem. Stuck on the screen with Miyoo Custom Firmware, won't do anything else.

Has anyone ever experienced this before? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Is the SD card you're using the one that came with the device, or have you purchased a new SD card?

I ask because the ones that come with the device are known to be corrupt. They're often wired so that data will overwrite itself in order to appear a larger storage than they are. This causes data corruption when you write to the card (either install on it, save to it, or copy to it).

My suggestion would be to try with a newly and separately purchased SD card. Aim for smaller size and lesser known but still reputable brand -- that way you'll avoid the fake cards (they aim to target large sizes and well known brands, as that's what's in demand).

Also, make sure you're copying your ROMs to the "main" partitition, not to "rootfs" or "boot"!

If you can't see "main" in Windows, you'll need to assign a drive letter to it.
