It is the file called "boot-logo" on the "main" partition. If you wish to disable it, simply remove the file. If you wish to change it, swap/replace it with a new "boot-logo" file.

If you wish to create a new, custom "boot-logo", you'll need to know a bit about coding and compile it from source. I've put together a guide with helpful resources here:

I'm saying that I think the image was hexadecimally edited into the bootloader even by the dev team, since we seem to be missing the source for that part of the firmware.

I figured out for my device, to create u-boot. Splash image is located in uboot source code:
uboot/drivers/video/sunxi/miyoo.h https://github.com/steward-fu/q8/releases . And to create u-boot, I copy this repository to myself, replace the image with your own. Open it on the command line in ubuut folder ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux- make q8_sdcard_defconfig && ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=arm-linux- make. Аnd after that I already use it with my image in my firmware.

I move my created boot-logo file along the path opt/miyoo/miyoocfw/sdcard/boot/variants/xyc I rename the compiled u-boot_sunxi file along the path opt/miyoo/miyoocfw/sdcard/boot/misc/u-boot-bins to u-boot-bittboy3.5.bin. I edited the generate_image_file_q8.sh file so that the size of the .img firmware file at the output was more than 2.5 gigabytes, so that all emulators, games and roms would fit into .... sdcard / main. After that, I run the file in the root of the directory /sdcard generate_image_file_q8.sh And the output creates a firmware for my console Or, even simpler, through ultraiso I edit the firmware file and in the boot section compiled u-boot_sunxi file and boot-logo, I replace instead of the original and the firmware is also obtained, already with my logo and loading animation. And it’s also easier to change the splash screen, through the hex editor in the .img firmware image itself, it is located at 2A7064, in the same way you can change the boot-logo.

If you don't want the boot-logo, my suggestion would be that the correct action would be to edit options.cfg at the root of the main partition and change:
BOOT_LOGO=1
to
BOOT_LOGO=0

You can do this from the built in "commander" file explorer. Safer, and easily done/revertable.
