How to separate PS1 save files per game?

So, Ps1 games are saved in files that emulate a memory card, with each file containing loads of save files from different games.
The problem with that is that i often change between PC and handheld, and the solution to load my save files from Miyoo in pc is to use a program to read the memcard file and extract the single save in a .srm format. And even PCSX ReARMed's RetroArch version uses a single, separate .srm save file per game, instead of compressing it all in a single memcard file.
Is there a way to make the pcsx on MiyooCFW to save in separate save files or, at least, make the pcsx on retroarch read these memory card files?

I believe pcsx saves per game state files, no?

I see this one in my saves backups

emus/pcsx_rearmed/.pcsx/sstates/DUKENUKEMTOTALMELTDOWN-SLUS00355.000
(Tho I only did a quick test to have eve back them up)
