ECSかオンプレにPRのデータ内容でプレビュー環境としてデプロイできるようにしたい
セキュリティの兼ね合いで対象はマイグレ系の変更のみとしたい

PRに悪意がなさそうであれば一旦マージしてステージングだけで十分そう

ステージングを変えたくない場合（PRのブランチが古い）があるので一旦動かしてみて不要なら廃止でやってみたい
