It would be handy to have it recognize a successful database connection, but if there is a blank database, initialize it by doing rake db:reset -- this would save time on new deployments and save new users the hassle of figuring it out if they're not familiar with how to console into the container to run that.

So it's easier for people to know what to do, to get this application running
