screen flicker and noisy point

Hello I build and run the project on the PC chrome, and I found the screen flicker like the following pic ,I dont know why,anyone had the same issue?OR can anyone give me a direction of the solution to the issue,Thank you a lot

hey guys I have solved this probloms. the component called Camera in the unity ,Clear flags if we use the depth only. It will cause this flicker,so I have replaced it with solid color. And it acts correct.yeah~
