description of MBs text

how about making this text a different colour from the code. this would look good and
encourage people to write it...and perhaps the other sections available to describe
an MB

I assume you are referring to micro-behaviour pages created from the new micro-behaviour
page button and not those hosted on other servers. Right? Or should it have the special
colour for all micro-behaviours.

I wonder if a better solution would be to replace that area with rich text so users
can do as they like with it. It is used as a tool tip but many sites use custom tool
tips rather than the built-in 'title' property (that is limited to plain text).
