Fork of Mime-Detective with Nugets

@trailmax I'm just leaving this here as a note, but last year I forked https://github.com/Muraad/Mime-Detective and added quite a bit to it. We now have Nuget Packages, AppVeyor CI, Unit Tests and .NET Standard Support at: https://github.com/clarkis117/Mime-Detective

P.S. There's also Async APIs, my own personal touch on the project.

Would you like publishing rights to FileTypeDetective nuget package?

Feel free to do PR to the readme.md on this repo to add your own link and a bit more description of what you acheived.

@trailmax Muraad's fork was last updated in 2015, so it looks that way. I don't know if I'd need the rights to the FileTypeDetective nuget. I managed to snag the rights to Mime-Detective, but someone else who hasn't published anything has MimeDetective. I'll PR the ReadMe when I get a chance.

Also, I’d love to add more collaborators to my fork, so there’s less of a chance of the library getting abandoned again.
