The logic of new_consistent members is that the members who are consistent now but they weren't consistent in the previous period.

Complete explanation:

Explanation for the activity type all_new_consistent is that the members who are now consistently active and they weren't consistently active in the previous period. This is a representative of new people consistently active but the members within the category can appear as consistently active in two or more periods before.
