[BUG] People - add employee page font sizes are wrong. #96

Actual result:
Fonts sizes are wrong for:

Add employee header -> 16px
Cancel button -> 16px
Save as draft -> 16px
Activate Employee -> 16px
Continue button -> 16px

Expected result:
