How's that going to work? Something like "!revoke username"? Or "!revoke userid"?

Similar to accept and reject. !revoke for most recent user to be granted access, or !revoke for explicit. However the part of accept and reject currently don't work (commented out) because of some rework side effect. But they are never used anyway.
