The First Tiberium War

Befor the The First Tiberium War GDI (#2) don't exist as playable. and having them owning random provinces or offmap provinces feals and do not handles good. this is less of a problem after the 1TW.

So a way of adding GDI is by spawning them in to existence when the threath level is to high in specific regions.
When NOD reaches the point of expansion that trigger the condemnation from the united nations all armesuppliers will receive events of granting support (CIC, MIC, weapons and equipment and manpower) to the cause and give players (playing the supplies a option to play as GDI soon it's invation.

Historically the first war was triggered when GDI lands in the north of the baltics states. This will tho be flexible incase player/ai defend the location. The landing site will be created on the weakest considered costal province.

This will make the GDI a playable nation and also given propper provinces. GDI is however funded by the UN and all CIC MIC are granted by the member nations via the financing system. Occupying territory will not grant gdi more resources.
