Move Docs to a Wiki Page

Current documentation is severely lacking, and most of the links and pictures are broken.

Similar to Empty Epsilon, moving the documentation to a Wiki tab on the Thorium project would consolidate the project and make documentation more accessible.

Describe alternatives you've considered

The current wiki page is fine as it is, but most pages are stubs and lots of important features are broken. It's also really hard to find. Theoretically, we could put it on the thoriumsim website but I feel like it would fit better as a Wiki tab.
