[BUG]: Blocks that render Fluids cause sign bugs

Describe the bug

When a player build Multistructures or blocks (fluid pipes f.e.) that show the fluid inside them (Dynamic Tank, Fluid Pipe, Thermal Evaporation Plant) Signs that are place in their near with text on it will show black squares on it instead of text.

Warning: This bug will sometimes not occure when there is a Fluid tank in the near!

To Reproduce

Thermal Evaporation Plant

1. Build a Thermal Evaporation Plant and fill it with some water.
2. Place a sign in the near of it with some text on it.
3. Now it will be unreadable and a player will mostly only see black squares where the text should be

Dynamic Tank

1. Build a Dynamic Tank and fill it with some water.
2. Place a sign in the near of it with some text on it.
3. Now it will be unreadable and a player will mostly only see black squares where the text should be

Fluid Pipes

1. Place a fluid pipe next to a tahnk and set it to suc mode so the pipe will fill up with the fluid from the tank
2. Build a Dynamic Tank and fill it with some water.
3. Place a sign in the near of it with some text on it.

Expected behavior

The signs should still be readable and there should not be black squares instead.

This also appeared in Official Mekanism,but when using Optifine zoom,the black characters will be readable

This can be fixed completely by installing SmoothFont.

i think i found whats causing the issue, an fix will come soon
