Describe the bug

It seems that using a Galacticraft Oxygencompressor with Mekanism Universal cables will crash the game

(xJon/The-1.12.2-Pack#840)

To Reproduce

Oxygencompressor is placed on top of a basic universal cable (Mekanism) and below a Oxygencollector. Only one Oxygencompressor exists in all dimensions

Expected behavior

No crash.

Mekanism Version

9.8.3.390

Minecraft Version is this regarding?

1.12.2

The crash report in folder ./crash-reports (both server and client logs)

we cant reproduce this issue, we would love to get the world file. however, i made an test version to see if a fix catches it.
