Check replies of comments and detect if spam or no

Sometimes users like Dam, Hi are not bots and real people sending scam comments, with verified accounts, I'm not going to go explaining the full verfied comments thing but I'm sure you know about it @ThioJoe even if the user isnt verified and if its a bot, I think it would be great if the bot can read the comment and replies to the comment.

Let's say I'm Hi, a spam bot, and I comment, "CAN WE APPRICIATE THE EFFORT HE PUTS INTO THESE VIDEOS FOR US" and the replies are "shut up", "bot", "stop", etc. So if the replies are one of the 3 of that, it can automatically blacklist that comment and display in the program as spam.
