Adds event-based effects

• Hide irrelevant stuff from creative and spectator modes #12: In creative and spectator modes the health, air and hunger will be hidden
• Health colours #5: The health keys will now change colour to reflect their state in-game
• Regen effect #11: The last health key will blink when regening
• Flash when taking damage #3: The keyboard will flash when taking substantial damage
