Bounty: Gridcoin - Add seed phrase support to wallet

THIS IS A DRAFT BOUNTY AND IS NOT LIVE YET

Context: Gridcoin recently added HDR wallet support, but lacks support for seed phrases. Seed phrases make the wallet more usable and make users less likely to lose their coins.

Requirements to claim bounty:

• Submit code to Gridcoin repo adding this feature and have it approved by maintainers, following all coding standards used by the repo and making any style and other edits requested by them.

Feature Description

• Upon wallet creation, the wallet should create a seed phrase for the user
• The seed phrase should use the standard dictionary and calculation methods used by Bitcoin (unless there is a compelling argument to use something else)
• The seed phrase wizard should make the user re-enter their seed phrase to verify that they have written down a copy and understand its use
• This should be modeled as closely as possible after Bitcoin's implementation for simplicity
