When I try to use the command modtime on the FTP server, I get the following warning:
502 Sorry, command not implemented. :(

Is it actually not implemented? or is there something wrong?

modtime " Shows the last modification time of the file on the remote machine."

I'm trying to make a rudimentary syncing server that could use modtime.
