Because

Correcting keyboard shortcut to include Linux and Windows in emmet.md. The lesson currently lists cmd+k and cmd+s, which covers only Mac users.

This PR

Updated the Emmet lesson for Windows and Linux users by adding the keyboard shortcuts ctrl+k ctrl+s in addition to current cmd+k cmd+s.

In the future, if there's an issue associated with the work you'll be doing, please comment on the issue and wait to be assigned by a maintainer. This helps us prevent situations where multiple people may try to submit PRs for the same problems. Hopefully that makes sense.
