[Feature request] Alternative paywall removing services

Since not all pages work well with the 12ft.io service, I think it would be a good idea to add other services such as 1ft.io and let the user decide which one to use. Maybe even allow users to add custom services via bot options in Telegram, in the event that the standard URLs change or are blocked for some reason.

Added support for 1ft in the latest release.

This would be cool, but much more complex too, since it requires setting up and then maintaning a database to store user data. PRs are welcome though, so if someone finds the time and wants to implement it, it would be absolutely great!

seeing as 1ft is now defunct and 12ft still not always works are there any other recommended alternatives?
