TODO: Bring back a removed Barrens quest

The Barrens should have one more quest available to the players in 0.5.3. Not everthing is known about it from the sources we currently have, so I'd rather report what I've managed to find and wait for more sources while working on other issues.

Quest description text

Director Riddlevox put me in charge of the Union's shredder development program. Few months on the job and I'm already in hot water! See, the Venture Company's new shredder is better than my latest, from the interchangeable hands to the control grips!

My boss has given me a pretty strict deadline, but my boys and I couldn't come up with anything. Nothing was working, so we >decided to "borrow" one of their prototypes. I sent Wizzlecrank to the Sludge Fen to steal one, but he hasn't gotten back yet!

Quest Details
It's a typical breadcrumb quest. Because Wizzlecrank is in a remote area, far away from any quest hub, Blizzard needed to somehow make players aware that there is something to do there, creating a quest that would lead to finding Wizzlecrank and starting the Ignition quest. That is why this quest shouldn't grant a lot of experience, since there is a trend in all alpha breadcrumb quests awarding very little experience.

Later on (patch 0.6 according to my research) this quest was changed into a simple gossip from Sputtervalve.
