OpenGl Error appearence

Hello I got problem with Sentry boots when I put it on armor slot.
I´m playing on server with my friend so she got issues too.
The bug appeared when we killed boss and took it from chest and than I want it to put it on but the OpenGl Error:1283 (Stack overflow) appeared .This bug is doing things like the whole inventory is cleared like nothing was there or advancement menu didn´t open properly(tabs are glitching).But on the overworld I didn´t see this kind of bug.
I tried to restart the server but it didn´t work.(Launcher as well).
It´s still happening even after when put it down or get out of my inventory.
Version of the game is: 1.12.2
Version of forge: 14.23.5.2854

Yeah my friend don´t have good computer so I tried to improve it by the "fps boosting" mods.
