Better buffering with yt-dlp

I was having problems with YouTube buffering on Windows and checked online for a solution.

Ended up doing 'pip install yt-dlp' and after this mpv buffering issue was fixed. Mpv log contains this line after install:
[ 3.351][v][ytdl_hook] Found youtube-dl with path yt-dlp.exe in PATH

Maybe it would make sense to add yt-dlp az a dependency it really helps, and I did reproduce it over and over with:
