At the moment the code is somewhat difficult to maintain. I think we could alleviate that pain by using

I don't think there's much point applying these changes unless you intend to introduce additional pages 😛.

Thoughts?

If we use scss format then that is compatible with CSS. we can convert, get it working in the jekyll build process (I think github uses jekyll 3 which has sass support)

Then we can refactor over time as we touch pages and introduce the blog etc

I'm not a fan of bem. Maybe I just don't get the point, but it seems convoluteed and to push you to create gross class names lol.

I like Jake's idea re: scss and jekyll support ootb.
