客户场景

蓝鲸SaaS很多场景需要配置第三方数据库、Reids、MQ等信息，里面涉及到密码，希望能加密存储和展示。

需求描述

新增环境变量时，支持密码类型；展示时为**，可以添加查看的icon（查看时如果能二次校验更好）
