bug(dialog): 当打开页面时dialog v-model的默认值为true时， zindex异常 #594

打开页面，若dialog默认显示时，此时遮罩的样式不生效，且dialog外层的zindex为0， dialog就可能被其它zindex层级高的元素遮挡，但此时由于遮罩仍然存在，就会导致整个页面无法点击

可尝试修改：当计算的zindex为0时，返回一个相对较大的zindex默认值，不要返回0
