快速分发文件插件，新增文件源的支持，保持和作业平台同步
新增源文件来源区分服务器文件和文件源文件，默认值为服务器
文件源数据为手动下拉，placeholder：请选择文件源，文件源选择需要预研下是否能同时支持手动输入，以便于在通过API传参时外部系统可以自定义传入文件源信息
文件路径为人工输入全路径，placeholder: 请输入源文件在文件源中的完整路径
