mars/log/crypt/decode_log_file_c_impl这个目录下的C语言日志解密工具，解出来的日志内容相对于python版本解密工具解出来的内容会缺少一些。

C版本的工具解密速度比python快很多倍，希望能修复这个丢失日志内容问题，好放心用C版本解密工具。
