Wiki does not mention that TV skin must be set for vactube scanner objects

For a comp_vactube_object to show up on a tv scanner using the provided _new model the comp_vactube_object must have the appropriate tv_skin key value set. The wiki page for comp_vactube, https://github.com/TeamSpen210/HammerAddons/wiki/Vactubes, does not mention this.

There should be a discrete section on the vactube wiki page about scanners with a picture showing the setup. The section should include information about the tv_skin.

for some reason it started working once I did that

thing is if I do "wait until replaced" I can't set the tv skin to 0 manually by myself
