Update AE2 >=v19.0.24 (Fix for EMI crafting integration)

AE2 release v19.0.24 introduced a config option to export the entire system inventory to EMI.

Why would you like this added/changed?

Unsurprisingly this is not very perfomant, but giving the players the option of enabling it would be great.

Unfortunately, AE2 introduced a breaking change, requiring updates from dependent mods (MEGA, Ars, Mekanism, ...)
Currently BiggerAE2 isn't updated yet, but once they do the update path should be complete

(Please excuse me if you think this is mod suggestions, i was undecided)
