[Bug Report]: Various quests have "add xp level" rewards incentivising claiming them as late as possible

Describe your issue.

There are several quests whose rewards artificially increase a player's XP level by a specific amount. These rewards correspond to XP rewards which can vary drastically depending on the XP level of the player claiming the reward. When claiming an "XP Levels: +3" reward, the net XP gained can be as low as 27 or upwards of many thousands, solely based on the player's experience level.
Quests which instead reward experience points give the same amount of experience regardless of the player's level.

The affected quests as of the time of writing are:

• All eleven of the Gadgets against Grind quests in the Gadgets chapter
• The quest in the Completionist chapter for obtaining all Artifacts and Relics
• The quest in the Mekanism Ore Processing chapter for building a Thermal Evaporation Plant
• Various quests in the Applied Energistics chapter, including ones for breaking down a Mysterious Cube, crafting AE2 storage components for the first time, crafting a Crafting Co-processor, crafting a Network Tool, crafting an ME controller, crafting a Toggle Bus, and crafting the different basic processors which go into the previously-mentioned AE2 components.

However, the issue lies in quest files which are untouched in my instance.
