Add GitHub actions to ensure

  • Code builds
  • ESLint / Prettier checks
  • Send http request to the server's /update endpoint to request rebuild

In the future, since we're building the project anyway, we can forward the build files to the server; this will save memory on the server since it doesn't have to fetch the updates with git and build a second time.
