Video switcher should be accessible while running alliance selection.

Currently you have to remember to switch the video switcher to alliance selection before starting it. Seeing the recent addition of the video switcher to the Lower Thirds settings screen it seems like it would be logical to add the video switcher to the alliance selection screen too.
