This should also cover the:

  • Item Buffer
  • Omni Buffer
  • Creative Buffer (may not be essential)

I find these blocks to be pretty niche. While power buffer has use for power IO control, item buffer is just a chest with machine IO. Omni buffer breaks the principle of single machine - single task.
For now, I think there should only be 1 block that is a power regulator of some sort.
