Eclipse or TextMate have it, SubEthaEdit, TeXnicCenter and TeXShop not.
With this feature i would switch from TextMate to TeXworks.

This would be interesting, but is partly covered using the auto-completion
system;
the environments, commands come with the pair of brackets if needed.
