채팅방 생성자가 채팅방 내에서 채팅하지 못하도록 막습니다.

❓ 왜 필요한가요?

입찰 진행 중 입찰 생성자가 입찰에 관여하지 못하도록 막기 위해 필요합니다.
실제 입찰에서는 입찰 생성자가 아닌 진행자가 경매를 진행합니다.
