Bug description

I am using a Nextcloud folder as storage for external recipes. I am able to import new recipes uploaded to the Nextcloud folder fine (either in bulk or one-by-one). However, if I select any keywords to add to the recipe when uploading it on a one-by-one basis, I receive the following error at the top of the page:

There was an error importing this recipe!

With the following error message displayed under the keywords field:

Select a valid choice. That choice is not one of the available choices.

If I remove the keyword and press save, the recipe imports with any issues. I am then able to manually edit the recipe to add keywords.

This issue occurs using both postgres15-alpine and postgres16-alpine db.

Relevant logs

There are no obvious errors in the logs that I could see. Also, admin status page contains no warnings.
