Alternative OpenAI client library (for chat completion) with better compatibility.

Please describe the feature you want

Sometimes API changes can disrupt Tabby integration, as seen in #3582,
and currently, there are no plans to enhance compatibility in the upstream, as referenced in 64bit/async-openai#266.

We have two options:

1. Search for and switch to a library with better compatibility.
2. Fork the async-openai repository and maintain a version with a whitelist of known compatible options.
